From your brief to the school gate

Every order follows the same five steps. You always know what is happening, what you are approving and what happens next.

  1. 01

    Brief

    You send the garment list, quantities, sizes and colours — or a photo of the uniform you use today. If you are starting from nothing, a short call is usually enough for us to draft the first list for you.

    Design & specification

    Our design team turns the brief into technical drawings: cut, fabric options, trims, crest placement and size chart. You see exactly what you are approving before a single metre of fabric is bought.

  3. 03

    Fit sample

    We produce a sample in the agreed fabric. You check the fit on a real student, the colour in daylight and the crest at the size it will actually be worn. Adjustments are made and the sample is re-approved if needed.

  4. 04

    Production

    Cutting, sewing, embroidery, printing and pressing run in our own facility against the approved sample. Because nothing is subcontracted, a late addition or an extra size run can usually be absorbed.

    Quality control & delivery

    Every batch is inspected against the approved sample, then pressed, sorted by size and packed the way your school wants to receive it — by class, by year group or by student name.

Branding

Four ways to put your school on the garment

We choose the method that suits the fabric and the garment, so the branding is still readable at the end of the year.

Embroidery
Crests, initials and names. The most durable option on blazers, knitwear and polos.
Woven badges
Detailed crests with fine lines and multiple colours, applied to blazers and sportswear.
Textile print
Large graphics and house designs on t-shirts, smocks and kit.
Sublimation
Full-colour panels, numbers and names on performance sportswear — it cannot crack or peel.

Questions

Before you send the brief

The answers schools most often need before they start.

Do you produce uniforms to our own design?
Yes. Every order we produce is made to the school's own specification. Send us a design, a photo of the garments you use today, or just your colours and a description — our design team turns it into a technical drawing and a sample before anything goes into production.
What is the minimum order quantity?
It depends on the garment and the fabric: a knitted polo behaves differently from a tailored blazer with woven crests. Send us the garment list and the number of students and we will confirm the minimum for each item together with the price.
How long does production take?
Lead time is set per order and depends on the garment mix, the fabric availability and the quantity. We agree a delivery date in writing before production starts and we plan backwards from the date your school year begins — delivering on time is one of the things we are measured on.
Can we see a sample before bulk production?
Yes, and we recommend it. We produce a fit sample in the agreed fabric, you approve fit, colour and branding, and bulk production starts only after that approval. The approved sample is kept as the reference for quality control.
Can you apply our school crest and branding?
Yes — embroidery, woven badges, textile print and sublimation are all produced in-house. We advise on which method suits the fabric and the garment, so the branding survives repeated washing instead of cracking after a term.
Do you ship outside Türkiye?
Yes. We produce in Türkiye and ship internationally. Tell us the destination and we will include freight and the paperwork in the quotation.
Are the fabrics safe for young children?
Fabrics used in our preschool and primary ranges are selected to be free of carcinogenic substances and harsh dyes, with soft handle and breathability, because these garments are worn against young skin all day long.
Can we reorder mid-year for new students?
Yes. We keep your pattern, your fabric reference and your approved sample on file, so a top-up order in March matches the garments issued in September.
